I-1  - Inventors Tool Kit (part 1)

Inspiration and Innovation Skills used by inventors such as research and brainstorming for results methods are taught.  The Patent Process and basics of documentation for working with the Patent Attorney.  Basic Program Management Plans and checklist for inventors is taught.  Risk Management for Inventors using FMEA and financial analysis. For Patents and risk analysis case studies use Edison's techniques with 21st century cases.

I-2 - Inventors Tool Kit (part 2)

For Proofing and Prototyping inventions the Wright Brothers, tools of Analysis are used to evaluate designs and startup manufacturing. Tools taught are basic DOEs, Statistics, and QC Improvement Tools.   Case studies show how to use basic Program Management and Statistics and Experimentation for Inventors.  8 hours.

I-3 - 21st Century Invention

The use of the latest 21st Century E-Tech & Networking tools.  Skills are taught on how to use search tools on the Web and in teaming with 21st Century Communication. Tools taught include Search engines, Research Data bases, and trend analysis tools. The case studies teach the Inventor how to more efficiently organize the inspiration process.  4 hours

I-4 - Invention 2010

How and entrepreneur can use the latest analytical tools of the web for developing the 21st Century vision.  Entrepreneurs in 2010 need to have a good technology roadmap.  They also need easy to use tools to analyze the risk that they confront as entrepreneurs.  Case studies are hands on development of technology roadmaps and assessment of ideas for risk in the business. 4 hours.

I-5 - Serial Invention: Patents # 2,3,4,...

How the 21st century innovator and inventor can enable multiple inventions using the latest techniques for inspiration and visioning.  Examples are given from the great inventors and 21st success stories. 4 hours.

I-6 - Hands-on Invention

What the innovator and inventor needs to know about basic getting the prototypes designed and built.  We will discuss the best locations for building and manufacturing in your area.    How you the modern inventor can get your hands-on to the technologies that you are inventing.  Hands-on is a key to invention at any level.  We help define how it can be done without the lab and factory support of the 19th & 20th century.

I-7 - Inventors Project Management

We will discuss the steps for producing a successful project management plan.  Planning for an inventors program is different to standard project management because of the necessity of developing the IP as a deliverable also.  We show you the critical steps in managing a program plan for IP and also delivery of prototypes to the customer.

I-8 - Manufacturing and Analysis

Manufacturing in the 21st century is set up for multi-site flows. How to organize the tasks so that your business can deliver the goods on time is taught in this course. Basic Process control techniques are also taught. We discuss the labs and standards that are applicable to new products for development.
